Now that the kids are back at school, I can relax with breakfast. Here’s the recipe for these strawberry, chia and hemp oat pancakes.
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk or any plant based milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chopped fresh strawberries to you taste
Mix all of the ingredients and pan fry in medium heat. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve with more fresh strawberries.
